Why does SCARLET NEXUS stutter during psychokinetic attacks?

I felt total desperation when my screen started tearing during intense psychokinetic attacks; it completely broke the immersion. I tried enabling Windows Game Mode, but frame rates still jumped violently between 45-72 FPS per RTSS, proving it was a scheduling issue. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to force the game process to Realtime priority and restricted background services. RTSS confirmed frame times converged to 12-15ms, and AIDA64 showed single-core loads stabilized from 98-100% down to manageable levels, while HWMonitor logged temps at 62-68℃.
