Solve NVMe I/O Latency Spikes
I was losing my mind during dinosaur brawls in Gori: Cuddly Carnage; 100-200ms micro-freezes kept breaking my immersion. I first tried enabling 'Ultimate Performance' in Windows, but storage latency still fluctuated between 12-18ms per AIDA64, which did nothing. Using GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration, I found latency spiking to 45ms per AIDA64. After a failed attempt at 128 depth that caused deadlocks, I locked it at 64 with I/O priority acceleration. CrystalDiskMark confirmed 4K read latency dropped to 31-36ms, and HWMonitor showed stable temps at 48-54℃.
