Why does Phantom Blade Zero stutter on Galax B760M Light D4?

I was devastated when high-speed combat in the beta triggered sudden core frequency drops to 3.2GHz per HWInfo, ruining the flow. I tried enabling Ultimate Performance mode in Windows, but that actually increased the frequency of voltage drops, which was incredibly frustrating. I then used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set the load-line to L3 mode and micro-adjusted the Vcore offset to +0.015V. Finally, the voltage range converged to 1.21-1.23V per GamePP, and VRM temps stabilized at 78-82℃ per AIDA64.
