Fix Nioh 2 Stutter on Galax A320M-A
I was mid-transformation when the screen stuttered badly, with frame times jumping from 8ms to 22ms per RTSS. I tried tweaking BIOS voltage, but it instantly blue-screened, which was a total nightmare. I switched to the GamePP Power Plan Switcher, locked the high-performance plan, and set a manual core voltage offset. GamePP confirmed the 0.08V fluctuation was eliminated, and AIDA64 showed CPU temps stable at 68-72℃. The frame generation locked back to a steady 8ms, saving my run from lag spikes.
