How to fix Minecraft RTX clock drops on Maxsun B850M Pro WiFi?

Building massive ray-traced structures was a nightmare; frames would tank from 120 down to 40 instantly, killing the creative flow. I checked the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page and saw Vcore jumping wildly between 1.12V - 1.28V, triggering instant throttling with clocks bouncing from 3.2GHz - 4.5GHz. I tried switching to the Windows High Performance power plan, but that only bumped the average clock without stopping the voltage dips; it was a total waste of time. I then dove into the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjust Wizard, set LL to L2 mode, and nudged the Vcore offset to +0.02V. Checking RTSS, the frame time finally converged from a messy 8-30ms to a steady 7-11ms.
