Reducing DLSS Image Noise
While exploring alien worlds, I noticed jagged flickering on distant ridges when moving the camera, which was very distracting. I tried disabling V-Sync in-game; while latency dropped, the screen tearing got worse, proving in-game settings were insufficient. I used the GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator to increase sharpening from 40% to 65%. RTSS analysis showed edge noise dropped to 4-7%, and GPU-Z confirmed temperatures maintained at 62-68℃.
