Why is my Corsair Vengeance 96GB DDR5 stuttering in Metro?

When pushing through the dense ruins of the wasteland, that massive 96GB capacity on my Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000MHz kit stopped the memory overflows, but the asymmetric capacity caused these annoying 18-26ms latency spikes during high-frequency instructions. It felt like the game was freezing for a split second every time I flicked the camera. I tried toggling 'Ultimate Performance' mode in Windows, but while the CPU stayed pegged, the memory latency didn't budge—it was honestly a bit baffling. I eventually dove into the BIOS and manually tightened the primary timings from 36-36-36-76 down to 34-36-36-72, while bumping the VDD voltage from 1.35V to 1.40V. Checking AIDA64, the latency finally tightened from around 88ns to a steady 74-78ns, and the world loading became night and day. I did hit a couple of random BSODs when I first pushed the timings, but loosening tRAS from 72 to 80 fixed the stability issues. Memory temps hovered between 54-60℃ with the VRM area hitting 62-68℃. After running the profiler, the frame generation time finally settled into a rock-steady 5.1-6.4ms range.
