Noctua Cooling Optimization
I was devastated when frames plummeted from 120 to 70 during large scene loads, creating a jarring stutter that killed my immersion. I tried setting fans to full speed in the BIOS, but while it dropped temps by 4°C, the noise was like an industrial fan and totally unbearable. I then used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to move the trigger point from 75°C to 65°C with a 5°C hysteresis interval. My CPU frequency finally stabilized at 4.6GHz per RTSS, with temps holding at 74-79°C per AIDA64, down from 82-88°C per AIDA64.
