Why does MGS Delta stutter in combat?
I was stuck in an alley, watching my frame rate stutter while the PCCOOLER RZ820 heat pipes overheated. I tried clearing 2.1-2.8GB of background memory via Task Manager, but the lag persisted. I then used GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the process priority to Real-time. AIDA64 confirmed temperatures stabilized at 78-85℃, and frame intervals dropped from 12.3-15.1ms to 8.1-9.4ms, restoring smooth movement.
