Fixing Galaxy Loading Lags
While exploring unknown star sectors, I noticed occasional short freezes, especially when switching dialogue menus, which totally broke my immersion. I first tried enabling Extreme Performance mode in the BIOS; although clock speeds increased, the frame drops didn't decrease, making me doubt my hardware. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game process to real-time priority and locked it to physical P-cores. RTSS monitoring showed frame times converged from 15-42ms to 11-16ms, and AIDA64 confirmed a 95-100% single-core load with temps at 68-75℃ per HWMonitor.
