Why does Mass Effect Legendary Edition stutter on YMTC Ti600?

I was frustrated by texture tearing during chapter transitions in Mass Effect Legendary Edition. I tried default settings, but frame rate dropped to 45 FPS due to frequency downshifting. Using GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config, I increased queue depth from 32 to 256. Frame generation converged from 15ms to 10ms per GamePP Frame Time Analyzer, and 4K random read speed rose from 80MB/s to 220MB/s per CrystalDiskMark.
