Why does Manor Lords stutter when my city grows over 50 buildings?

I felt totally immersed until my settlement hit 50 buildings, then the micro-stuttering during character movement became unbearable. I first tried enabling Auto Overclocking in the BIOS, but that was a mistake; VRM temps spiked to 95℃ per GamePP Hardware Sensor, causing thermal throttling that made the lag worse. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game process priority to Realtime and killed background services. Finally, Frame Time Analyzer showed my frame times dropped from 16-32ms to 12-18ms, with temps stabilizing at 62-68℃ via GamePP Hardware Sensor.
