Why does ADATA ValueRAM cause hitching during fast scene traversal?

I was so excited to charge in the final circle, but the screen suffered from maddening micro-stutters. I first tried manually setting priority in Task Manager, but the game crashed immediately, proving that crude intervention doesn't work. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the main process to Realtime priority and applied core binding to balance the CPU load. RTSS showed frame times converged to 10-13ms, and AIDA64 showed CPU temperatures at 70-76℃.
