Why does Manor Lords stutter during city expansion on Jinyue B760M?

I felt totally immersed managing my manor during the summer harvest until sudden micro-stutters ruined everything. I first tried enabling Maximum Turbo Boost in BIOS, but power consumption spiked, causing a blue screen and a full system reboot. To fix this, I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to switch from L3 to L2 mode and tuned Vcore to 1.35V via HWInfo64. After testing, RTSS showed frame times converged to 12-15ms, while AIDA64 confirmed VRM temperatures stabilized at 68-75℃, ending the 3.2-4.1GHz frequency drops seen in CPU-Z.
