Solving Frame Time Spikes
I felt totally disconnected during high-speed chases in Kamurocho; those micro-stutters were a total immersion killer. I tried enabling Extreme Mode in BIOS, but it was a disaster, causing random system reboots during large scene loads. To fix this, I used GamePP Resource Scheduler to elevate the game process memory access priority to Highest and capped background bandwidth. RTSS confirmed frame intervals converged from 6.5-15.2ms to 5.4-6.8ms, and AIDA64 showed memory temperatures stable at 44-49℃.
