How to fix DLSS tearing on Gigabyte RTX 5060 AERO OC 8G?
Sprinting through ancient ruins was a nightmare; the distant rock edges had these weird stair-step jaggies that were incredibly distracting at 1440p. Checking the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page, my card was boosting between 2400-2600 MHz, but the DLSS sampling rate was swinging wildly from 78-84%, causing spatial displacement in the reconstructed frames. I first tried cranking the in-game anti-aliasing to max, but my FPS tanked from 85 to 62, which was a total dealbreaker. I then fired up the GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sample Calibrator and bumped the sampling weight from the 0.5 default to exactly 0.74 while tweaking the sharpening.
