When ripping through the open world, these horizontal slice lines keep popping up, especially during sharp turns. It is a total nightmare. My Gainward RTX 5070 Ti Snow Step OC 2,0 stays rock steady at 2580MHz, but RTSS showed my frame times were jumping wildly between 7,2ms and 15,4ms, which just kills the sync. I tried the in-game V-Sync first, but that was a huge mistake—input lag spiked to 45ms and the car felt like it was steering through molasses.
