Why does Gray Zone Warfare stutter during jungle movement?

I felt totally disconnected from the action while stealthing through dense jungles; every camera sweep caused micro-stutters that ruined the immersion. I first tried forcing High Performance mode in the drivers, but while FPS rose slightly, the frequency of frame drops actually increased. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to elevate the game process priority from Normal to Real-time. After testing, frame generation time converged from 14-42ms to 9-12ms via GamePP Frame Time Analyzer, with VRAM usage at 7.4-7.9GB per GPU-Z and temperatures at 66-71℃ via HWMonitor.
