How to stabilize LoL performance on MSI MPG Z890 EDGE TI WIFI?

Every time a massive teamfight broke out with all effects flying, my FPS would plummet from 240 down to 110, and the anxiety was real. The VRMs on the MSI Z890 EDGE were seeing Vdroop as high as 0.15V under transient loads, causing the clock to dip from 5.5GHz to 4.1GHz instantly. I tried capping the processor state at 99% in Windows, but that just dropped my minimums by another 10 FPS—a total waste of time. I went into the BIOS, switched Load-Line Calibration from Auto to Mode 4, and bumped the PL1/PL2 power limits to 253W. In HWMonitor, the core voltage tightened from a messy 1.18-1.32V range to a steady 1.24-1.28V, and frame times dropped from a wild 4-12ms to a smooth 3-6ms. I initially tried a fixed 1.25V, but the PC kept rebooting at idle until I enabled a dynamic offset. CPU temps are now 68-75℃ and VRMs are 52-58℃. After running Cinebench, the stuttering is gone and the mouse feels snappy again.
