Why does GTA V freeze and lose textures on Intel 660P 2TB?

I was driving through downtown Los Santos when textures suddenly vanished, followed by a two-second freeze that totally killed my immersion. I tried disk defragmentation to boost speed, but it didn't fix the stuttering and actually made the system response more sluggish. I then used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase the depth from 32 to 128 and forced high-priority read/write mode. After this, frame times converged to 8.2-11.4ms per RTSS, and SSD temperature stayed at 42-51℃ per HWiNFO64, while read latency hit 45-112ms per AIDA64.
