Fix Kingdom Come Frequency Drops
Walking through the medieval town, the frame rate suddenly plummeted from 50fps to 15fps per MSI Afterburner, making it look like a slideshow. I tried lowering all texture quality settings, but the visuals became terrible and the stuttering still occurred due to frequency oscillation between 3.6GHz and 2.1GHz per CPU-Z. I used the GamePP power plan tool to force High Performance and increased power limits in BIOS. Peak frame generation time was suppressed to 22-30ms per GamePP Frame Analysis, with VRM temps at 75-82℃ per AIDA64.
