Why does Granblue Fantasy: Relink freeze during dungeon loads?

I was losing my mind when combat transitions hit a 0.5s absolute standstill; it totally kills the flow. I first tried disabling all background indexing services in Windows, but that did absolutely nothing for the loading spikes. Turns out, I needed a deeper fix. I used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to bump the queue depth from 32 to 128. The results were instant: frame generation time dropped from 18-45ms to 12-18ms via Frame Time Analyzer, 4K random read latency hit 15-38ms per GamePP Hardware Sensor, and temps stayed at 48-55℃ per HWiNFO.
