Why does my Galax B360M-M.2 keep dropping clock speeds and stuttering during combat in FF XV?

Whenever I unleashed massive magic attacks, my steady 60 FPS would suddenly turn into a stuttering mess, which is a total nightmare for any hardcore player. After digging into the telemetry, I found the VRM modules were hitting 92-98℃ during peak loads, triggering a current limit throttle on the CPU. I first tried the 'High Performance' mode in BIOS, but that was a disaster—core temps spiked to 95℃ and triggered thermal shutdown. I eventually went into the Advanced Voltage settings and set the core voltage offset to +0.05V, while forcing the motherboard fan curve to hit 2200 RPM at 70℃. After this, clock speeds stayed locked between 3.8-4.1GHz, and frame times tightened from a messy 16-32ms down to a crisp 12-16ms. It wasn't a smooth ride; the system randomly rebooted twice during low load until I backed the offset down to +0.03V. With VRM temps now sitting at 82-88℃, the stuttering is gone, and the frame delivery feels snappy again.
