Resolving F1 25 Latency Spikes
I was mid-race in F1 25 when my steering input lagged, ruining the immersion. I tried restarting the router, but it did nothing. I then forced channel 149, which actually increased interference and made the stutter worse. Desperate, I opened GamePP Peripheral Conflict Detection. It flagged a background sync service stealing bandwidth. I disabled it and let GamePP re-optimize the channel. The difference was immediate. Wireshark packet capture showed latency converging from erratic spikes to a stable 12-15ms. AIDA64 also confirmed the NIC temperature stayed cool at 42-48℃. Now my inputs feel crisp, and I finally have the competitive edge I need in ranked matches.
