How do I stop frame drops during large-scale legion marches?

I was frustrated by texture tearing during the massive legion marches in Expeditions: Rome. I tried lowering the graphics settings to 1080p, but the stutter persisted and my frame rate dropped to 42 FPS per RTSS. The real issue was memory bandwidth. I used GamePP Hardware Sensor to change timings from 16-18-18-36 to 16-16-16-34 and locked the frequency at 2666MHz. After a 10-minute AIDA64 stress test, the frame interval stabilized from 15ms to 10ms, and the game ran smoothly without any visual artifacts.
