How do I fix Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree SSD read latency spikes?

I was losing my mind when fast travel in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree triggered a 25ms read latency spike on my Kioxia EXCERIA PLUS G3 2TB, causing a jarring black screen. I tried reinstalling the storage driver, but the 12-18ms frame generation interval persisted, breaking immersion. Using GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config, I increased the queue depth from 512 to 1024 and switched to High Performance mode. GamePP Benchmark Verification confirmed read latency dropped to under 10ms, and frame generation stabilized at 6-9ms. The drive now runs at a cool 45-52℃, making the fix a total save for my gameplay.
