Why does my CPU throttle during Therys loading in Veilguard?

I was stuck in a loop of character lag while loading Therys. My DeepCool AS500 Plus ARGB couldn't handle the heat, pushing CPU temps to 92-95°C per AIDA64. I tried clearing temp files, but that failed to stop the thermal bottleneck. I used GamePP Hardware Sensor Page to raise the fan curve from 1200 to 1800 RPM and switched to High Performance mode. AIDA64 confirmed stable temps at 78-82°C, and GamePP showed frame intervals dropping from 12.1ms to 8.3ms.
