Dota 2 Loading Lag Fix Guide
4K random read hit 42-48MB/s. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to lock depth at 2048 and enable flush. Maxing to 4096 caused buffer overflow. Now reads hit 72-78MB/s per CrystalDiskMark. Latency dropped to 1.1-1.4s. This fixes the stutter.
