Why does Destiny 2 freeze at 90% loading when entering raids?

I felt total despair when entering large raids; the screen would freeze for 2-3 seconds at 90%, killing my momentum. I first tried disabling all unnecessary startup items in Windows, but loading speed barely budged, leaving me confused. Then, I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase the depth from 32 to 128 and optimized driver priority. CrystalDiskMark confirmed random reads jumped to 78-85MB/s, AIDA64 showed latency at 12-28ms, and HWMonitor verified temps at 45-55℃.
