Why does Death Stranding 2 freeze at 90% on B550MX/E PRO?

I felt pure anxiety when first stepping into the wasteland; the screen would just freeze at 90% loading, killing my immersion. I finally switched to the GamePP Resource Scheduler, raised the core process priority to real-time, and suppressed redundant background services. Now, memory frequency is stable at 3200 MHz per CPU-Z, voltage converged to 1.35-1.36V per HWiNFO, and VRM temps stay at 55-62℃ per AIDA64.
