How to fix voltage drops on MSI B650M GAMING PLUS WIFI?

Whenever I hit those neon-drenched commercial districts, the screen just freezes for a split second, and it's perfectly synced with the CPU's boost behavior. Checking the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page, the VRM on my MSI B650M GAMING PLUS WIFI was jumping wildly between 1.10V - 1.25V under load, causing micro-second frequency dips. I first tried disabling all power-saving options in the BIOS, but that was a disaster—my idle temps shot up to 52℃, which left me totally confused. I then switched to the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to force 'Ultimate Performance' and used the GamePP Resource Scheduler Panel to set the game process to 'Realtime'.
