Why does Counter-Strike 2 stutter during smoke explosions?

I felt pure desperation during fast flicks in CS2 when the screen would suddenly jump violently, ruining my competitive edge. I tried enabling Windows Game Mode, but frame rates still fluctuated between 120-180 FPS per RTSS, failing to solve the root cause. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to force the game's main process priority to Realtime level. After this, FrameView confirmed frame generation time dropped from 6-12ms to 4-7ms, and AIDA64 showed memory temperatures stable at 42-48℃. I finally feel in control again.
