Valkyrie V240 LOKI Thermal Tuning
I wondered if this lightweight liquid cooler could handle peak power loads when my city hit 100k population, but my FPS crashed from 45 to 18. I first tried setting the pump to full speed in the BIOS, but while temperature dropped 4℃, the high-frequency resonance created a terrible low-frequency chassis noise. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to set a non-linear curve (100% at 75-85℃) and added a 3s smooth response time. CPU temperature stabilized at 76-82℃ per AIDA64 monitoring, with pump speed steady at 2200-2400RPM via GamePP and frequency at 4.6-4.8GHz stable per RTSS.
