Stop 4K Tearing in CoD 2026
I was devastated when fast weapon switches in Call of Duty 2026 caused eerie jagged tearing at 4K, totally breaking my immersion. I first tried forcing V-Sync in the driver panel, but it increased input lag by 30ms per RTSS, which felt sluggish and unresponsive. To fix this, I used the GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator to change the sampling rate from Auto to 100% and set sharpening to 65. After this, RivaTuner showed frame times converging to a stable 7-11ms, and AIDA64 confirmed core temps stayed at 62-68℃. It's finally smooth!
