Why does Battlefield V stutter with explosion effects on RX 9070 XT?

I was losing my mind during intense firefights in Battlefield V; overlapping explosions caused horrific screen tearing and frame times jumping between 15-40ms. I first tried enabling Enhanced Sync in the driver, but while tearing stopped, input lag spiked above 25ms via RTSS, making the game feel sluggish. Using the GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator, I spotted a 12-18ms scheduling delay. After a failed 'Performance' mode attempt caused severe aliasing, I locked sampling to 'Quality' and set sharpening to 60%. RTSS confirmed frame intervals dropped from 22-38ms to 11-15ms, and GPU-Z showed temps stable at 62-68℃.
