Eliminating Combat Tearing

During high-speed attacks in the Hollow, the horizontal tearing lines were blinding, making it hard to time my parries. I tried enabling in-game V-Sync, but input lag increased to 45ms, making attacks feel heavy and sluggish. I then used the GamePP Frame Time Analyzer to manually lock the sync interval at 16.6ms and limited FPS to 60 via RTSS. The frame generation curve turned from a waveform into a flat line. GPU temperature remained at 58-64℃ per AIDA64, and the load was around 88% per GPU-Z with a steady 16.6ms frame time via RTSS.
