Eliminating Loading Freezes
I was so excited for this wuxia masterpiece, but every time I crossed regions, the loading bar would freeze at 99% for ten seconds. I tried disabling all background sync services in Windows, but loading only improved by 1s, making the process feel like torture. I used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configurator to lock concurrent read/writes to 64. RTSS showed loading frame spikes dropped from 100ms to 22ms, and HWiNFO confirmed temps at 52-60°C. I can finally explore the world without delay.
