Fix Tales of Arise PSU Voltage Drop
Scene switching in Tales of Arise caused my Huntkey Blizzard T400 Snow PSU to fluctuate, making frame time bounce between 12-20ms. I replaced the power cable, but the voltage wobble persisted, which was a superficial fix that left me frustrated. I used GamePP Power Plan Switcher to move to 'High Performance' and disable C-State, limiting idle to 800MHz. GamePP Hardware Sensor confirmed GPU voltage stabilized at 1.05-1.10V. This switch fixed the issue.
