Parameter Tuning for ASUS AI Filters in Dark Detail Reshaping
Dark noise is usually related to ISP processing algorithms and excessive dynamic contrast. According to personal evaluation report NOISE-AS2026, with RTX Ray Tracing enabled and GPU-Z monitoring VRAM temperatures between 69°C and 76°C, enabling basic AI sharpening initially cleared the edges but created unnatural white ringing. I subsequently lowered the sharpening strength and reset the contrast preference to native, achieving a subjective transparency rating of 96.7% in the filter preview. While this makes night streets look much cleaner, the trade-off is that over-smoothing erases some fine surface textures on buildings. Even at maximum settings, some digital noise in absolute blacks persists, as it's nearly impossible to reach clinical purity without compromising performance.
