How do I fix the blurred facial details in SCARLET NEXUS when using DLSS Quality mode at 4K resolution?

Close-ups looked soft and washed out. I tried switching to Balanced mode, but it got even blurrier. I used the GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator to increase sharpening from 50 to 75 and set render resolution to 100%. RivaTuner showed a significant increase in effective pixels. HWiNFO confirmed GPU temps at 56-62°C and fan speeds at 1500-1700 RPM. This switch to manual calibration brings back the high-frequency details.
