Why are textures blurry for 2 seconds after teleporting in Remnant II?

I loved the visuals, but it's a total mood-killer when environment textures stay blurry for two seconds after every teleport. I first tried enabling write caching in the driver; while it shaved 1 second off loading, it introduced annoying frame drops. I finally used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configurator to increase depth from 32 to 64 and optimized the drivers. CrystalDiskMark showed an 11% increase in 4K read speeds and latency at 1.4-3.9ms, while HWInfo monitored SSD temps at 43-49℃.
