How to fix frequency sync on Kingbank Yin Jue DDR4 3600?

Whenever my Pals start working in the base, my FPS would suddenly tank from 80 down to 35. It was a nightmare until I realized the Kingbank Yin Jue DDR4 3600's default timings were causing 12-18ms sync delays when handling all those entity data points. I tried dropping the game to low settings, but the world looked like a pixelated mess, which was just not an option. I went into the BIOS and forced the memory frequency to a hard 3600MHz, bumped the SOC voltage from 1,1V to 1,15V, and manually set the primary timings to 18-22-22-42. Using a frame time analyzer, I saw the variance shrink from 15-45ms down to a tight 8-12ms, and the smoothness came right back. I actually tried pushing it to 3800MHz at first, but the game just crashed during map loads, so I backed off to 3600MHz for stability. RAM temps are stable at 42-48C. The frame curve is finally flat, and the 8-12ms frame times make the gameplay feel great.
