Why does my game stutter during large scale Palworld base expansion?

During a massive base expansion, every time I placed a complex building, the screen would stutter noticeably. I tried enabling Enhanced Cooling in BIOS, but the fan speed toggled wildly between 50% and 100%, creating a weird breathing sound that was very frustrating. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration panel to switch to Performance mode and set the ramp-up to start at 60℃ with a 1800 RPM peak. RTSS showed frame time converged to 11-16ms, and CPU temperature stabilized at 72-77℃ per AIDA64.
