Optimizing Memory Controller Voltage

Every time I turned in complex terrain during a match, I'd hit a noticeable stutter, making my aiming feel completely broken. I tried the Windows High Performance power plan, but it only added 3 average FPS while 1% lows stayed stuck around 20 FPS. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to lock voltage at 1.35V via HWInfo and tightened timings to 16-16-16-34. GamePP FPS Meter confirmed 1% lows rose from 18 to 32 FPS, with memory temps at 43-49℃ per AIDA64 and motherboard at 55-61℃ per HWMonitor 51℃
