Why does Destiny 2 freeze during raid battles with G.Skill Trident Z?

I felt powerless when my screen froze for 0.5 seconds during skill bursts in raids. I tried closing all background software, but freeing 1 GB of RAM was a drop in the bucket. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set memory page allocation to Priority mode and lowered the compression service priority. RTSS showed frame times converging from 25-55ms to 12-20ms, and AIDA64 confirmed CPU temperatures at 68-72℃.
