Why does my FPS drop from 144 to 60 during team fights in Marvel Rivals?

In the heat of hero duels, whenever ultimates unleashed simultaneously, my frame rate plummeted. I initially tried disabling all power-saving options in BIOS, but that pushed CPU temperatures to 95℃ per AIDA64, which was way too hot. I then entered the GamePP Resource Scheduler, switched the memory management mode to High Performance, and tuned voltage to 1.42V via HWInfo64. RTSS showed average FPS increased from 85 to 112, and HWInfo64 confirmed memory controller temperatures stabilized at 55-62℃.
