How do I fix Manor Lords 4K DLSS Quality mode facial texture blurriness?

Manor Lords looked washed out in 4K because DLSS Quality mode over-smoothed facial textures on my YMTC TiPro9000 Black Myth: Wukong Limited Edition 2TB. I tried switching to DLSS Balanced, but it made the blur worse while only gaining 7 FPS. I used GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator to increase DLSS sharpening from 50 to 73 and set render resolution to 100%. RivaTuner showed a massive improvement in effective render pixels, and the GPU runs at a stable 55-61℃. The faces are now sharp and clear, and this switch is exactly what I needed.
