Solving Memory Parity Errors
I was so excited to finally run the game! But during long explorations of the depths, the high frequency of the Trident Z became a liability. I initially tried enabling hardware acceleration in the system, but that actually increased the crash frequency to once every ten minutes. The feeling of having my anticipation destroyed was terrible. I used the GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor to switch the frequency from 4000MHz down to 3600MHz. RTSS showed frame times became stable at 6-8ms, and MemTest86 confirmed zero errors with controller loads at 72-85% per AIDA64.
