Managing CPU Thermal Throttling
Walking through the RP city center, the detail was amazing, but the accompanying frame drops were soul-crushing. I first tried lowering shadow quality; the world lost its depth but temperatures stayed high, making the attempt a waste of time. I then entered the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration, shortened the PA140 response time to 0.1s, and maxed speed above 75℃. AIDA64 showed temperatures suppressed to 70-76℃, and HWInfo64 confirmed core voltage stable at 1.28V. Hardware Sensor showed FPS climbed from 25 to 60, finally making the city walkable.
