How do I fix GPU throttling and combat stutter in Granblue Fantasy: Relink?

My screen stuttered mid-battle, and GamePP showed GPU temps at 85°C with frequency dropping to 2000MHz. I tried overclocking, which caused a BSOD. I then adjusted the fan curve via GamePP Hardware Sensor. Stress tests confirmed temps dropped to 72°C, and frequency stabilized at 2400MHz. Frame rate jumped from 80 to 110 FPS, making combat feel buttery smooth.
